OUR SERVICE APPROACH — FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER
Clear answers.
Before you commit.
Your product, your budget and your timeline deserve a specific plan—not a generic promise.
Can you support my order?
Start with your product, quantity, supplier location and destination. Coverage and feasibility need to be confirmed for your project, including trial orders and work with an existing supplier.
Find your starting pointWhat will I pay for?
Agree on a written scope and quotation: service fees, travel if needed, receiving or storage arrangements, third-party charges and exclusions. Product cost and transport should be distinguished from service costs.
Review the cost questionsWhat will I receive?
Define the records your decision needs: supplier comparisons, progress updates, quantities, check findings, issue photos and outstanding actions. Agree on the format and timing before work starts.
Explore a report outlineWhat if something is wrong?
Make discrepancies visible, discuss the supplier’s proposed correction and decide the next step. Rework, replacement, re-checks and their costs need explicit agreement; a finding is not an automatic refund.
See the follow-up sequenceWhen will I hear from you?
Set a contact person, update channel and cadence. Separate planned production dates, inspection readiness and dispatch from transit. Agree how material changes will be escalated.
Understand the checkpointsWho am I working with?
Before engagement, verify the contracting business and payee, relevant experience, who performs each service and any supplier relationships. Ask for a suitable redacted work example where available.

Know what is in
the shipment.
And what needs
your attention.
A good inspection starts with clear expectations. We use your agreed specifications and check plan to make findings useful, understandable and actionable.
When something does not match, you should have the facts to discuss a correction before authorizing the next step.
Appearance, dimensions, workmanship and agreed functional checks against your approved reference.
Carton counts, units, SKUs, sizes and colors checked to the agreed counting or sampling scope.
Packaging condition, product labels, carton marks and packing details reviewed against the brief.
What is ready, what needs follow-up and what could affect the planned dispatch date.
Inspection scope, sampling and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project. Inspection is not a product certification or a guarantee that every defect will be detected.

Compare materials, dimensions and workmanship with the agreed reference.
More than a
“looks good” update.
The reporting scope should tell you what was checked, what could not be checked and what needs your decision.
- Context & reference
- Order, date, location and agreed specification version
- Scope & method
- Checks performed, sample or count coverage and limitations
- Findings & evidence
- Recorded observations, measurements and relevant photos
- Open points
- Discrepancies, proposed actions and items awaiting a decision
When a check raises a question.
- Document the issue.Connect the finding to the relevant item and agreed requirement.
- Clarify the options.Discuss the proposed correction, owner, timing and additional work.
- Keep your decision explicit.Agree on the follow-up and any further checks before the next step.
Inspection is not certification. Sampling, product testing and shipment authorization require their own agreed scope and responsibilities.

Before booking: the practical questions.
Is there a minimum order or fixed service price?
There is no single order size or price quoted on this site. Share the product, quantity, factory location and support needed so feasibility, workload and a project-specific quotation can be discussed. Confirm any supplier MOQ separately.
What should the quotation spell out?
Confirm the included tasks, deliverables, service fees, payment milestones, validity and exclusions. Ask how travel, storage, third-party testing, freight, re-checks, cancellations or goods that are not ready would be handled if applicable.
Can you guarantee quality, delivery or a refund?
A defined check and follow-up plan helps you make informed decisions; it is not a blanket guarantee. Acceptance criteria, supplier remedies, delay handling and any further work or costs should be recorded in the project agreement. Carrier and customs timing should not be treated as a guaranteed dispatch commitment.
How do I verify the team and protect my information?
Request the contracting entity’s details, verify the agreed payee and clarify who will carry out the work. Before sharing sensitive designs or supplier information, agree on permitted access, any confidentiality terms and how supplier relationships or third-party participation are disclosed.
Can you work with a supplier I already have?
Yes. We can discuss support around an existing supplier, including production follow-up, local receiving, agreed inspection checks and dispatch coordination. We will confirm supplier access and the scope before accepting the work.
Can I request just one part of the service?
Yes. Start with the support your order needs. The scope may cover sourcing, samples, receiving, inspection or shipment coordination. We agree on responsibilities, deliverables and fees before work begins.
How are inspection standards decided?
We agree on the product specifications, reference samples, checks, sampling approach and acceptance criteria before inspection. Any laboratory testing, regulatory assessment or third-party certification needs a separate scope and the appropriate provider.
Do you guarantee a delivery date?
We help track production and coordinate dispatch around an agreed plan. Factory delays, carrier schedules and customs processing can affect timing. We communicate known changes and discuss next steps; the specific delivery commitments belong in your project agreement.
What should I send for an initial discussion?
A product description or reference link, target quantity, destination country, preferred timeline and any specifications you already have. Tell us whether you need sourcing or support with an existing supplier.
Tell us what you have in mind.
We’ll help map the next step.
Share your product, target quantity, destination and timeline. Whether you are finding a supplier or checking an existing order, a clear brief is a good place to start.
